If you had to cook a meal for Masterchef, what would you cook?!

Question: Chicken in a tarragon cream and white wine sauce with creamed mash for John and the lightest fluffiest chocolote mouse with cointreau cream for Greg. i just know Greg would want to give it 'a big snog'!

Poached salmon fillet topped in spinach leaves, placed on top of a bed of fusilli coated in a light cheese and parsley sauce.

Something that would poison those 2 @rseholes that present it

I would cook something that is easy but elegant! TIP: look online for some easy and simple recipes... I always go to www.cook.com! Good Luck!

Masterchef is a BBC programme and is great. I would most likely cook a shephards pie with miniature vegtables and a nice beef gravy with a apple crumble and custard for dessurt. Yummy! :O)

Well,If you want to make my special baked salmon with a garlic mixture. Here is the recipe:
Half a pound of salmon
3 slices of garlic
fresh grated cheese
garlic powder
salt

clean and lay out the salmon on a cookie sheet,
salt both sides and sprinkle some garlic powder,
mash garlic, cheese, garlic powder, and salt together until mashed and lay on top of salmon.
roll and cut evenly.
Put in oven on 375 degrees for 13 minutes or until it looks ready. make some mashed potatos and serve

something that i would actually eat! and not cover it in some fancy sauce that looked like puke! chicken pie, chips and beans followed by chocolate pudding and custard. sounds tops to me!

Beans on toast. Then when I was in the restaurant I would only cook beans on toast. Then for the next round I would wow them with those beans that have the little sausages in on toast. For the big final I would add brown sauce.

Sausage Toad!
Traditional English Food!!

Starter - Garlic mushrooms
Main - Thai Green Curry
Pud - Cheesecake

My favourite menu!

I assume you've been watching the series?

Did you see the one where the guy made fillet steak topped with a mushroom and parmesan gratin. I think it was John who slagged it off.... funny as it was a Gordon Ramsey reciepe I have done loads of time myself!

So now I know not to enter that choice I'd go with

Roasted Red Onion Tart with Baked Goats Cheese with dressed salad leaves

Baked Monkfish wrapped in Parma Ham, stuffed with Sun Dried Tomatoes, served with a lemon mash & seasonal veg

Waitrose Sun Dried Tomatoes are the best!
