Hamburger helper question?!

Question: I'm an idiot. I got a great deal on a two-pack of hamburger helper. Inside were two packs of noodles and two spice packages. The box had directions printed on it. I lost the box. Now what do I do? Is there someplace I can look up the directions? I know I need to add water, and I think I need to add milk, but I dont know how much of either.

And now I'm a hungry idiot!

Off the box of Hamburger Helper.

1 lb. ground beef
1 1/4 cups hot water
2 cups milk

Brown ground beef in 10 inch skillet; drain

Stir in hot wate, milk, Sauce Mix and uncooked pasta. Heat to boiling, stirring occsionally.

Reduce heat; cover and simmer about 14 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender.

Remove from heat and uncover (sauce will thicken as it stands)

Lol awww. im sure they have a website with a recipe on it.. yea they do.. http://www.tsbvi.edu/Education/recipes/h...

cannot believe educated folks still use that stuff

Ok not knowing how many noodles etc. What I would do is cook the noodles first in a pan of boiling water.Add a little olive oil to the water (any oil will do)not too much it's only to stop the noodles sticking together. Then you can go two ways firstly make a smooth paste of the spice mix with water or milk (but usually water)taste the mix see how spicy it tastes if its ok just mix the cooked noodles with the paste hey presto spicy noodles,if too spicy add milk as it will cool the spices down a little hey presto not so spicy noodles. My personal favourite spicy noodles pan fryed so they are crispy on the bottom soft on the top finished with soy sauce now i'm hungry!

your kidding right
your not even blonde (that's my excuse wahahahaha)
