What are some ways to cook food so it tastes good and is good for you ?!

Question: I eat WAY too much fried food & am afraid it's gonna do some serious damage in the long run. So I want to find a healthy alternative. But I still want to enjoy the food I eat. Is there a different way to cook it? Can I buy it from the store? Also, what's a healthy dessert & beverage to go with this meal? All suggestions welcome...

Well,
I'm on a "diet"; but really its like if i wasn't, and in one month i lost 23 pounds. No kidding!!
you eat all u want.. BUT LITTLE!! And wait yeah no fry foods.. (sorry not everything) Make your eating habits lower down.
For example... if u ate one whole dish of dinner.. you'll eat 1/4 of it. And you HAVE to eat every 4 hours.. but little. Your drink should just be h2o (water). Its the best you could possibly drink.
This is the catch: You have to at least spend 4 hours of exercising per week. This doesn't include Saturday.
You can do different types of exercise like jogging, swimming, doing push ups, or even just biking. Don't go to the extreme. Start off on step one, not step eight like most people do because they cant wait too long for their fat to go away. You need lots of patience for this diet... lots of patience.
On Saturdays you can eat what ever you like... you forget about the diet (in other words).
Don't worry, its not like your gonna gain wait. You just get some time off.
This diet was recommended to me from my doctor.

what are you cooking first of all? you could try steaming or baking. a frozen yogurt is healthy. and fruit juice

stir frying?

If you fry your own food, use canola oil. It's better/healthier than any of the others.
Canola oil is very low in saturated fat and has a very high proportion of monounsaturated fat. So, it is a healthy choice when it comes to oils.
Baked chicken would be a better choice.

& here is a recipe for a healthy version of Banana cream pie from the Food Network. There are other recipes also.

As for drink. water is best. Or 1% or Sim milk.
