Tortellini with Cream
Serves: 6 Servings
Ingredients:
4 tb Butter
1 c Heavy cream
48 Tortellini
1 c Freshly grated Parmesan
Freshly ground black pepper
Instructions:
MELT THE BUTTER in a medium-size saucepan; add the heavy cream and heat
through. Cook the tortellini in boiling salted water, then drain them and
place them in a heated serving bowl. Pour the cream-butter mixture over
them and toss thoroughly so that some of the cream is absorbed. Add 1/2 cup
grated Parmesan cheese and a generous quantity of pepper, and toss again.
Pass additional cheese at table.
um try butter, garlic and a little bit of oil
just make a brown butter sauce. simply melt butter until it becomes a brown color and add in garlic yummy.

Make the brown butter sauce as described above and add fresh herbs to it as it heats up (releases the oils in the herbs). Try Rosemary or Sage.
take 2 roma tomatoes and cut in half lengthwise. place in small pie pan or other ovenproof dish and sprinkle with dried herbs (basil, oregano, chili flake, etc.), crushed garlic, salt/pepper and drizzle with olive oil. Place in 375 oven while you wait for the water to boil. When the torts are cooked just mash this up and toss with torts and parm.
