I made brownies the other day, and they stuck to the greased glass pan I baked them in. Is there a better way.!

Question: use pam or a spay similar. i also read, years ago, to use wax paper...then the brownies don't stick to the pan, or to the paper!

You could try a non stick baking tray instead
or you can buy non stick reusable baking tray liners that really work - I have some.

i line the brownie pan in alluminum foil, then grease the foil. then i just pop the brownies out.

line pan w/ parchment paper, use Pam w/ Flour spray.

line the pan with parchment paper....
or try using "bake Easy" by Wilton....i live by this stuff for all my baking needs...
