Answers: hi, so, i have a olive infused chiabatta (sp?0 one of those that you do in the oven for 12 minutes so it goes crusty.

the base can cook at the same time just spread on the tomato puree and add the chhese and basil, feash basil. this is nealry as authentic as a neopolitan pizza and bake until golden brown, and cheese has melted what ever else you put on is up to youuse herbs sparingly
If you made the crust already just add the ingredients you want to put on your pizza. Cook it in the oven until it is golden brown and soon you will have a good pizza. Of course you will add the tomatoe sauce on the crust first and then the rest of the ingredients.
I would paint the basil oil onto the ciabatta and then crisp it up in the oven on bake (try about 350 for 10 minutes or so). If you put the toppings on first it could get soggy.
After the ciabatta is crisp, spread the tomato puree on and then add some fresh basil and fresh parsley and then put on the mozerella. You can add a but of garlic or onion powder if you'd like but those things depend on personal taste.
To melt the toppings switch your oven to broil and toss the pizza back in for a few minutes (just until the cheese is melted to your liking).
Play around with it :)
I would dilute the tomato puree with water and basil oil, over medium heat and season it with dried herbs and garlic powder. You need to make enough to smear the bread on both sides.
I would then split the bread lengthwise, smear with the tomato mixture, put a row of sliced tomato on each half, then cover each tomato with slices of the cheese, drizzle with the oil and sprinkle with a chiffonade of fresh basil.
Then cook for the 12 minutes, or maybe a little longer if the cheese isn't melted and bubbly.
Should be good.
crust, tomato. toppings bake
yummy
