I recently cooked a Indian type curry coconut shrimp, Fry up onion and garlic, add peppers, curry, Cinnamon, salt pepper, dash of Cayenne pepper, or hot sauce. Add your coconut milk. Have a pot of water boiling for pasta. When your pasta is almost done, add your shrimp to the sauce, then add your pasta to the sauce mixture. And done.

Wrap in bacon shish ka bob it and deep fry.

Peel and deveine your shrimp and then marinade them over night in your favorite salsa.
Then throw them on the grill- and make shrimp tacos. Add a little bit of shredded cabbage, some pico de gallo, and some chipotle sauce on your tortilla, add the shrimp- it's great!

Not sure how unique this is but it was spicy.

Mince several cloves of garlic and saute quickly in olive oil and butter. Add some lemon juice and crushed red pepper. Once that is all combined throw in your shrimp. Toss until shrimp are cooked. Finish with a bit more lemon juice and fresh chopped parsley.

Was a hit at my house.
