A yak roast with potatoes and carrots cook in the roaster all together.
I'll trade you a NY cheesecake recipe for your special pork chops one. I grilled some Porterhouse chops tonight that sucked, to me at least. The Missus thought they were "fine."

my peanut butter chocholate cake. Over a pound of pb goes into each cake.
I cooked my new girlfriend "Boullabaisse" and baked some fresh French bread. She really liked it. (Its a type of seafood stew).
Mine would be my home made pesto pasta!
A few bunches of fresh basil
2 cloves of garlic, crushed
Toast some pinenuts lightly in a fry pan
Grate FRESH parmesan and pecorino cheese
Lots of good quality olive oil
Mix it all together in a food processer or just chop it all finely and mix through some freshly cooked pasta!
VERY easy and extremely tasty, although the trick is using the best quality and freshest ingrediants..
Care to share your recipe for pork chops?? Pretty pleease!! I have some in the freezer and have no idea what to do with them...

I would cook potroast potatoes carrots and onion in a crock pot and cook for 10 hours on low. everything just falls apart and tastes wonderful

filet mignon over boursin lobster mashed potatos with a merlot reduction. it's truly ridiculously delicious and easy to make! i made it for a dinner party i catered and ended up with a lot of business!
it would be a london broil done med rare with roasted new potatoes sprinkled with tyme, a ceaser salad with baby shrimp and a layered pudding desert of some kind
Mine would be what my daughter-in-law calls "Chicken-N-Cheese" boneless, skinless chicken breasts (there's a market here where I buy chicken breasts that are HUGE), sauteed in butter and garlic, with fresh sliced mushrooms, then thrown in a baking dish and topped with Provolone--OMG to die for!!! A little fettucine with butter and garlic, a salad, some garlic bread--Wheww--we can barely hug goodbye the garlic fumes are so strong!!!
