marinate it and cook it on the grill!!
the fattening way: fried in butter until brown and crispy! However, I grill mine most of the time....I usually season them with lemon pepper, garlic pepper, season salt, and celery salt...you can use whatever seasonings you like though....
Marinade them in Pineapple Juice, and bake them sitting on pineapple rings, with more rings on top.
Make a nice gravy as the meat rests.
put the chops in a baking dish and pour a can or two of spanish rice over the top and bake it until the chops are done
sooo yummy
saute near me so I can eat them!
Best? Hmm. To me, best is the way I enjoy them most, so I have to recommend shake and bake here, because dear lord it is good. Chintzy, but good. Dipped in applesauce of course.
I usually make a dry rub with seasonings like brown sugar, smoked paprika, garlic and onion powder, chili powder, cumin, and Kosher salt. Rub it on and grill them.
They taste pretty yummy marinated in teriyaki sauce and garlic, then grilled too.
Sometimes, I do breadcrumb them, and fry them up...serve with a nice country gravy and mashed potatoes.

Buy some Shake and Bake for pork. Your chops will be moist and tender--the only way to make pork chops!! Yummm......
This only works with thick, bone-in loin chops, but it's delicious!
In a large skillet, brown 4-6 pork chops on both sides, not cooking completely through. Meanwhile, thinly slice four medium-sized boiling potatoes.
Remove chops from pan and add potatoes. Place the chops over the potatoes and cover with one can of French Onion Soup (Campbell's is the only brand I know) and 1/2 can of water. Add a little salt and black pepper. Cover the skillet only part way. Simmer until most of the liquid is evaporated and the potatoes are tender.
This is an old, old recipe from my childhood, but it's still delicious! Just make sure the chops are thick and still have their bones or they'll dry out.
Marinate them in Worsterchire, parsley, basil, & olive oil for 30 min.
Coat the top and bottom with black pepper & saute with garlic and onions in small amount of olive oil. Only cook until the top and bottom browns.
Place the pork chops in a baking dish with 1 can of chicken broth & 1 can of cream of chicken & bake until done.
Place over top of rice.
