Different ways to cook chicken?!

Question: thank you

Answers: thank you

My favorite way is to take chicken breasts, and slice up about a pound of potatoes (I think red ones work best), place the chicken and potatoes in a casserole dish, and add 1 bottle of Italian salad dressing, sprinkle parmesan cheese and Italian seasonings on top, cover the dish with foil and place in oven for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Delicious.

Braised Herbed Chicken with leeks, potatoes, carrots and 2 yr. balsamic for 2.5 hours at 325°

BBQ on the grill, fried, chicken and dumplings, chicken salad, baked with garlic and herbs, lemon chicken, chicken Parmesan, there are many ways.

Grilled, stir fry, and baked are my favorites!

For a great marinade mix 1/2 cup mayo, 1/2 teaspoon EACH dried thyme, dried rosemary, and garlic salt and juice of 1/2 a lemon. Brush onto 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts and heat the grill. Allow chicken to soak first brushing for 20 minutes. Place chicken on grill and cook, brushing with the marinade until cooked through.

Stir fry is great with onions, mushrooms, and bell peppers.

***************BEEF-BACON WRAP CHICKEN BREAST
4 whole chicken breasts
8 slices of bacon
1 (4 oz.) pkg. dried beef
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 pt. sour cream
Wrap each breast in a slice of bacon. Cover the bottom of a flat greased baking dish, 9"x13" with chipped dried beef. Arrange the chicken breast over the dried beef then mix the mushroom soup and sour cream together and pour over the chicken breasts and dried beef. Bake at 275 degrees for three hours or at 400 degrees for a little over one hour.

**********CHICKEN PASTA PARMESAN
2 tbsp. oil
1 lb. boneless chicken breast, cut up
1 c. mushrooms
1/4 c. chopped onions
2 tbsp. sherry
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. sliced peppers
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Brown chicken in oil. Remove. Cook onions and mushrooms in drippings, add sherry and soup. Heat through, add chicken and peppers, cover, simmer 10 minutes. Stir in cheese until melted. Serve over hot pasta.

I have a really easy recipe and every time i have made it for someone they loved it. You buy some chicken tenders, chicken gravy packets (about four of them), and hopefully you have some seasoning, such as pepper, seasoning salt, and onion powder. Make the gravy, and season the chicken. Put the chicken in a baking dish, and pour the gravy over it. Back it in the oven for about 30 mins, or until done. Serve it with rice, and its so easy and so tasty.
