Looking for a recipe for cornflake-coated chicken strips?!

Question: I have half an hour before I leave work - we have nearly a full box of cornflakes at home that I really want to use up, and I'm keen to make chicken strips. Has anyone got a good reliable recipe, for adults not kids (so flavour would be good!) for cornflake-coated chicken?

I used tae dae a recipe wi' crushed crisps on chicken. Probably similar tae yer cornflake one. Shove yer chicken breasts intae the flakes and fling intae the oven fur twenty minutes. They will come oot ice and crunchy. Guid luck!!!

Actually for those who cook much this is a pretty well known technique for coating chicken. Just crush your cornflakes, season just as you would for chicken batter. I use, salt pepper, poultry seasoning, garlic powder. Dip the chicken in a mixture of two eggs and 1 C milk. Dredge in the cornflake mixture and either fry or oven bake.
