Cauliflower cheese and roasties.

how about a hot pot, brown off the sausages, then put them in a casserole dish with some Worcestershire sauce mixed herbs a stock cube a Little tomatoes puree, we some times put in peas and mushroom, or peppers and beans then fill the dish to the top with hot water, slice some potatoes on top and put in the oven on about 160 degrees let it cook for about 45 Min's or until the potatoes are cooked and browned on top, then just dish, my family love it and as it is all cooked in one dish it saves washing up, quick to prepare and you can put your feet up while it is cooking and when it is done just dish it up no messing around.

Mash roastiz Onion gravy

Make a batter and turn it into toad in the hole

try baby carrots and baby corn, string beans and broccoli sauté them in butter or olive oil.or you can mixed them together with butter sprinkle with pepper and salt put them in a foil and bake them before serving put some mushroom gravy on top.

So am I and I'm having mash!
For a change though how about making a sausage and bean casserole

I've tried many things... and I always return to mash! Absolute best. Try adding garlic & herb cream cheese for a really rich taste... or honey, Dijon and loads of butter... and definitely a lovely onion gravy. I like to chuck onion, garlic, mushroom, beans, capsicum (ok really any fresh stir-fry veg I have on hand), fresh chilli and fresh or dried basil in the pan with the sausages, and put wedges of tomato in a couple of minutes from the end! A big pile of garlic mash, a big pile of veggies, 4 pork sausages and instant gravy... delicious!

Sausage casserole is mega. Make sure ye brown aff the sausages first or they will look raw when ye serve them. A big helpin' o' smashed up tatties is the best thing tae serve wi' yer casserole. Oooh, feelin' hungry noo.............

Mexican sausage wraps

Serves 4

Preparation time less than 30 mins

Cooking time 10 to 30 mins

This recipe was developed by Ross Burden exclusively for British Meat.
Ingredients
450g/1lb pork sausages
8 flour tortillas, wrapped in foil
200g/7oz guacamole
1 romaine lettuce, shredded
200g/7oz sour cream
200g/7oz salsa

Method
1. Place the sausages on a preheated barbecue and cook for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until thoroughly cooked.
2. In the last 2 minutes of cooking time, add the tortillas in foil to the barbecue to warm.
3. To serve, spread some guacamole onto each tortilla. Top with a pile of lettuce, spoonful of sour cream and salsa. Add sausages and roll.
4. Serve the wraps with extra salsa sauce and a cucumber and spring onion salad.

Next time just make some rice. You can even make some fried rice. Try some kind of noodles or pasta.

In a roasting tin put chunks of sausage, black pudding, whole garlic cloves, quarters of lemon and loads of veg (onion, carrot, squash, tomatoes, red/green/yellow peppers. Drizzle with olive oil and roast in the oven until they are done. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.

Easy, peasy - no need to do anything else.
