Cooking Roast Lamb?!

Question: OK, so my Lamb is already marinated (honey soy). It's about 1.5kg. Do I cook it like beef? With a little bit of water at the bottom of the roasting dish??
Any suggestions would be great!
Thanks!!!

hey,
leg of lamb, yum my favourite. i cook mine in a baking dish lined with baking paper(greaseproof paper) and cover it with foil cook for approx 2 hours at 180 degrees or until a knife inserted at a downward angle in the deepest part of the lamb has clearish juices running down the knife(its not cooked if it has pink or red juices) i remove the foil for the last 20 mins or so to crisp up the outside a bit.....yummo the meat will fall off the bone. the baking paper makes it soooo easy to clean up afterwards to just let the juices solidify and then pick up the paper and put in bin easy. hope this helps! oh and no water

Yes, cook it as you would a good roast beef, although I like my lamb medium instead of medium rare.

Not a big fan of the lamb, but I make it tolerable by poking holes in it and shoving garlic cloves into it, then rubbing it all over with fresh lemons...

Cook it just like you would a beef roast.
