Whats your favorite dinner recipe?!

Question: Fried chicken

I make an egg bath by whipping egg, hot sauce and mustard together. I dip my chicken in seasoned flour and then in the egg bath and then in the flour again. You do not taste the hot sauce and the mustard let's it fry up to the prettiest golden brown.

Mashed potatoes

I like my with the skins so I wash, chop and boil until tender in chicken broth. Drain and mash them, add butter and a tablespoon of milk at a time. Salt and pepper to taste. Tonight I am adding chives to mine and sour cream.

Green Beans

I rinse my canned beans, I like the whole beans (blue lake). I add them to a pot with water and a packet for each can of GOYA Seasoning.

Gravy

From some of the drippings after I fry the chicken I melt a tablespoon of butter and add the rest of the seasoned flour and make a paste. I then add hot water to make a thick gravy and milk to make it the consistency I want.

and Biscuits

Not a biscuit maker myself. I get them at Walmart in the freezer section. They bake up like what my Grandma used to make.
