Answers: id like it o include most of these, tomato, black pepper, maybe garlic, onions, somethink along tha lines of a bolanese, to serve with pasta, simple recipe, but wot wud u do?

1/8 pound onions chopped
3 ounces flour, all-purpose
30 2/3 ounces tomatoes, canned crushed
1/8 ounce mace ground
1/8 ounce salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Directions
Cook beef with onions in its own fat until beef loses its pink colour, stirring to break apart.
Drain or skim off excess fat.
Sprinkle flour over beef; continue cooking until flour is absorbed.
Add tomatoes, mace, salt and pepper.
Stir well.
Simmer 10 to 15 minutes.
Serve over toast, biscuits, rice or pasta.
spag bol, fry some chopped onion carrot and celery in a pan until softened add a tin (or 2) of chopped toms heat and then blitz. fry some mince add mushrooms garlic and courgette mix with the blended tomato and tada yummy quick and very very healthy
Chop up an onion, couple of carrots and a stick of celery and fry in a little oil until soft. Add a teaspoon of cumin powder then add a pound of mince and fry until cooked. Add a tin of chopped tomatoes.
Then add some sliced mushrooms, a can of red kidney beans and Tabasco and pepper to taste.

Minced Beef and Mushrooms Recipe
Ingredients :

Pork fat
Minced beef
Stock
Cornflour
Sesame seed oil
Salt
Black mushrooms
Sugar
Peanut oil
Method :
Cut the pork fat into tiny cubes and blanch the pieces in boiling water for 1 minute.
Rinse under the tap.
Put the pork fat, minced beef, stock, cornflour, sesame seed oil and 1 1/2 teaspoon of salt in a mixing bowl and stir, in one direction only, with a fork until the mixture becomes sticky.
Soak the black mushrooms in hot water for 30 minutes, remove and discard the stems and place the caps in a bowl.
Add 1 teaspoon salt, the sugar and peanut oil and mix well.
Steam the mushrooms over a medium heat for 5 minutes and set aside.
Divide the beef into 12 portions, molding each portion into an egg shape and place 1 mushroom on top of each 'egg'.
Use 6 small dishes and place 2 of the beef and mushroom 'eggs' in each dish.
Steam over a high heat for 5 minutes and serve.
