so this is extremly bad for you but delicious but if you take two lightly toasted slices of bread and melt 2 or 3 slices of cheese on the bread then add in as much bacon as you want and eat it has a sandwich
or make mash potatoes as you usually would, and then add in some crumbled mash potatoes

** I got this from a friend who makes it every year at christmas. I made it for my family for christmas breakfast and everyone loved it, it also looks very pretty **

It's really good cooked, crumbled and sprinkled over green beans. also wrap thin slices around asparagus and brush with extra virgin olive oil, sprinkle with garlic salt and put on the grill.

make a breakfast casserole with the hashbrowns on the bottom, then bacon, add some onions and mushrooms, sliced tomatoes, then pour eggs over the whole thing till 1/2 inch below the rim. Bake at 350 for about 45 min. Make sure to cook the bacon first, but not too crispy. Is done when a knife goes in center and comes out clean.

I cut bacon into little pieces and then fry it with onions and garlic. If you like mushrooms, then you can fry it with bacon! Then I just add frozen sweet peas and sprinkle some seasonings.(garlic powder, Italian seasonings, oregano, salt, pepper, etc.) Add half cup of water and put the cover on the pan to steam it. YUMMY!!!!
