I want to make somthing with chocolate chips.. somthing yummy but i dont want to use eggs.?!

Chocolate Chip Cheese Ball
1- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 stick butter, softened
1/2 cup chopped pecans, finely chopped
2 Tbsp. light brown sugar
3/4 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 cup mini semisweet chocolate chips
Combine all ingredients (except choc. chips) in a bowl, much like you would a cookie dough. Refrigerate for at least half an hour. Take out mixture, form into a ball, then roll it in the choc. chips. Refrigerate again until ready to serve. Serve with graham crackers, vanilla wafers, or shortbread cookies.

BAILEY'S IRISH CREAM TRUFFLES
12 oz semi sweet chocolate chips
1/4 C Bailey’s
1/4 C heavy cream
2 egg yolks
1 Tbsp. butter
Melt chocolate in a heavy pan on very low temp. Whisk in Bailey’s and heavy cream. Whisk in yolks one at a tim; then whisk in butter. Mixture will start to thicken; refrigerate overnight or until firm.
Roll into small balls. Dust with xxx sugar or cocoa or chopped nuts or whatever you want. (I did toasted hazlenuts)
Yield: 16.

method
put the strawberry,s through a food processor and blitz then put through a sieve.
whisk the cream mix the gelatin as per instructions on the packet put the chocky chips into the cream along with the strawberry puree and fold in carefully then add the gelatin fold that in now pour this mix into a serving dish chill and then turn out of the dish onto a plate decorate how you like and serve it is yummy we had this last weekend it was lish
Do you have a can of sweetened, condensed milk? Magic bar cookies are a good choice.
Make a crust with 1/2 stick of melted butter and 2 cups crushed graham crackers or crushed cookies of your choice (not filled cookies). Press it into a 9" x 13" pan. Top with the chocolate chips and anything else you have that sounds good...dried cherries, nuts, peanut butter chips, etc. Pour the sweetened, condensed milk over the top and bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit until set...in my oven about 25 minutes. Let cool and cut into small bars (because they're very rich).

SIX-LAYER CHOCOLATE COOKIE BARS
1 cup Graham cracker crumbs
3/4 cup Unsalted butter -- melted
1 cup Semisweet chocolate chips
1 cup Butterscotch chips
1 cup Pecans -- chpd
1 cup Shredded coconut
1 can Sweetened condensed milk
*** Six different layers of crisp crumbs, melting candy chips, nuts,
and coconut combine to build these delicious rapidly made cookie
bars. Preheat oven 350 deg. Lightly butter a 9x13" baking pan. Mix
graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until crumbs are moist and of
an even, smal texture. Pat the crumbs into the bottom of the buttered
pan. Scatter choco chips over crust. Satter butterscotch chips over
chocolate. Sprinkle on pecans. Layer coconut evenly. Drizzle milk
over all. Bake 25-30 mins. The coconut should turn a handsome golden
brown. Let cookie bars coll in baking dish, then cut into small bars
and remove to serving platter.
