Corn recipe (but i dont actually like corn)?!

Question: I need a nice recipe to use corn. I dont actually like it very much so things like corn chowder are out of the question, but I'm hoping someone out there might have an idea? I'll be using fresh corn.
Thank you!

Corn fritters are nice, you cut the corn off the cob, boil it for about five minutes and plunge in cold water to cool. In a bowl, take a cup of flour, half a tea spoon of baking powder, 1/4 tea spoon of pepper and enough egg to make a thick batter. Mix in the corn, if you want to you can also add a chopped bell pepper and some chilli powder if you don't want to taste the corn!! Heat some vegetable oil in a frying pan, and drop tablespoons of the corn batter in, like american pancakes, they will spread and flatten. When the edges look well formed flip them over and cook the other side. They are nice served with ketchup as a side dish to chicken. I love them!

not many uses for corn other than corn things, maybe throw in veg soup or stews, honey sweet corn bread is good and corn soufle is wonderful. Other than that I would make relish out of it and give as gifts when needed. Sorry I could not be of more help. You could always send to me : )

corn fritters are very good, I agree. corn muffins, puffs, nuts, even bread and pancakes. corn pancakes sounds weird but it really good.
