So you want the recipe from Hometown buffet? The fish they use for the steamed lemon pepper fish is Alaskan pollack It is frozen and they sprinkle lemon pepper over it then use butter flavored Whirl a commercial butter flavored oil. Then they throw it into a presurized steamer for about 15 minutes from the frozen state. They used to throw it into the oven at 350 for 20 minutes. Then they drain off the excess water and serve it on the buffet line.

The Hometown buffet probably buys this already prepared to save on labor and cost, but it's SO easy for you to make for your toddler at home and with little effort and cost.
Buy any white, flaky fish. Thaw the fish, then coat it with a dusting of seasoned flour (flour and lemon pepper seasoning) , then coat it with an egg and splash of milk mixture, then dredge the fish in Panko Breadcrumbs (Japanese) seasoned with light salt and white pepper.
Then, deep fry!!!!!!!!! Your toddler has very good taste!
