Roasted veggies: Pick from beets (red and golden), brussels sprouts, carrots, parsnips, potatoes (purple and otherwise), red onions, rutabega, and turnips. Cut into even sized pieces, drizzel with olive oil, salt and pepper, maybe some garlic, and roast in a hot oven for 45 minutes to an hour. (If everything else in the oven watns to be at 375 then longer, else crack it up an do shorter). You may want to sprinkle with some balsamic vinegar or maybe a little surgar. If not colorful enough sprinkle with parsley at the end and be happy.

Fruit salads and pies and Get yogurt and put some fruit in it... it's very good... I love it! Orange marmalade pies are good! lol. Pink lemonade would work for pink. Blueberries for blue. And green could be limes or grapes! Hope this helped!
