Baked Beans on toast with an egg on top.

Personally, I prefer to make mussels as a starter, goat cheese salad as the main and either chocolate fudge cake or shortbread drizzled with chocolate, topped with a sliced strawberry. =]

Chicken Parmesan. Buy boneless, skinless chicken breast. Dethaw, boil, and bake your chicken. You can shake and bake it if you like extra flavor. Boil up some spaghetti, or whatever your favorite italian pasta noodle is. Place marinara sauce over your chicken and noodles. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over top of everything and let it melt. I recommend using shredded cheese rather than what's in the shakers. It takes much better. I sometimes use Provolone cheese in luau of the Parm because it's cheaper.

Meatloaf is really good and it is easy to make as well:

Meatloaf
3 pounds ground beef
3 large eggs
1/2 to 3/4 cup Italian style bread crumbs
1 packet Lipton's Onion or Beefy Onion Soup Mix
1 can sliced mushrooms - drained
1/2 cup sliced black olives
2 tablespoons BBQ sauce
1 tablespoon A-1 sauce
1/2 cup salsa
1/2 cup shredded cheese - I use a combination of Cheddar, Italian Blend and Pepper-Jack cheeses or whatever I have on hand

Mix all ingredients, form into a loaf in a loaf pan, bake at 350 degrees F for 1 1/2 hours.

What is it for? Here is a SUPER easy slow cooker dinner. I have made it and it is FABULOUS! Even better then next day, you can make pulled apart beef sandwiches.

caserolles are always easy and even though it sounds like a challenge, roasted chicken, just stuff a onion and green apple in the cavity and put it in a 425 oven and cook to 180 degrees-invest in a meat themometer its the best way to know when foods done. it looks impressive, taste impressive and literally has like a 10 min prep time. also give time for the chicken to thaw-even if it says fresh-and sometimes you do have to remove the giblets and stuff you read the pack though some come with the innards in a little baggy.

Well do you like pasta dishes? Fry some ham with onions and peas in olive oil, prepare your favourite kind of pasta, fettuccine are best ,add the mixture and stir in some cream then add grated cheese and pepper to taste!buon appetito!
