Is it safe cooking chilled chicken?!

Question: Is it safe buying a hot chicken from the supermarket, chilling it overnight, then putting the meat in a panini and heating it? I have not been poisoned yet ... but wonder about it.

yes as long as you put it in the refridgerator and use it within 3 days.

Once it's cooked you can even eat it chilled. It's safe.

NO! It is not!!!

One of the best ways to get food poisoning is to take cooked meat, cool it down and reheat it. Bacteria LOVE that. It's like a rollercoaster ride for them.

Don't say I didn't warn you! If you get food poisoning, it will not be on my watch.

Yes you can it will keep for 3 days refrigerated and will not hurt also you can go ahead and cook it and keep it in the refrigerator
