What's an easy food i can bring to school?!
Answers: I'm having "Market Day" at my school, and we're supposed to bring some sort of food to "sell" with fake money. It can be anything as long as it's yummy, (for 12-13 yr olds) doesn't have anything like ice cream, pudding, etc... in it, can be divided easily, and can be transported easily. please include a recipe if you can. Thanks!

Apple Cake
Make up Apple Cinnamon cake from a mix that you buy at the store. A double batch will make a nice sized loaf in a loaf pan. Before you transfer the mix to the greased pan, however, add a snack sized container of applesauce. Flavored sauce works best for me but you can use whatever you like. 25minutes at 325°F and whalla. You have a neat sized treat that can be brought to school, sliced and wrapped up in saran wrap to be sold by the piece.
You could make this and put into little snack baggies.

Australian goodies.....Look up Lamingtons and Chocolate Crackles on the net, especially if you live overseas! Easy to make, YUMMY! always a best seller.

Ham and cheese rolls
Take a large flour tortilla and cover the surface with a light layer of cream cheese, then a layer of ham, and if you like green onions than 1 or 2 the length of the tortilla. Put the onion(s) on the side you will be rolling first so it will end up in the middle. Roll it all the way up and then cut into bite size pieces. You can stick a toothpick in them for easy handling. You can also leave them bigger for easier dividing.
Snickerdoodles, and molasses cookies are fantastic and a little off the beaten path :) Sugar cookies are also great.
take a can of biscuits roll out put a hot dog in itand a half a slice or cheese pinch closed and turn seam side down bake like it says on the biscuit can
