Best way to re-heat fried foods?!

Question: I have leftover chicken tenders that I want to re-cook. The only problem is that they've become very soggy and I'd like them to be re-heated, while getting their crispiness back. Any suggestions?

Let them come to room temp, place on a foil lined baking sheet (cookie sheet) and place them in a PREHEATED!!! 400F oven for about 8-10 minutes.......Enjoy!!!

Watch them like a hawk so that they don't dry out......

Brown paper bag trick!!

Put them in brown paper bag and fold closed. Sprinkle just a tiny bit of water on the bag.

Microwave on medium for a couple of minutes.

that should do the trick of recrisping them.

the easiest way is to just put them in a frying pan with a tiny bit of oil-- just a few minutes on each side will do the trick-- stand there and watch them and DON"T cover the pan, which will cause steam to make them soggy all over again...

I'd bake them on 375.
Or you could refry them each, a minute on each side.
Also put butter in the pan!
Hope I helped.

Nuke to get hot (like a minute), then put in the oven to get crispy

In a sheet pan in the oven. On a rack if you have one to fit in the pan.
