Substitution for cheesecloth - Making chicken broth?!

Question: I'm making some chicken broth, and all the instructions I found say to strain using a cheesecloth. I don't have any, and I was wondering what I could use to strain my broth? I have small coffee filters, but they seem like it would be a pain to use...

Thanks!

Thanks!

just strain it through a collander .

A clean kitchen towel

you could use a thin clean tea towel,or a clean dish cloth.

dont worry about straining just make sure the big chunks of chicken are out. I never strain i just dump in the noodles w/ the chicken or whatever im making. good luck!!!

Coffee filters will clog fast...
get an old pillow case cut into squares to fit your colander or sieve,, strainer

I use a fine strainer then put chicken stock in fridge overnight. When it gels up during refrigeration all the fat will come to the top.Next day remove all fat from the top,
then heat and you will have clear broth.
