Anyone have a recipe for FRIED RANCH WINGS (made with the powdered ranch dressing mix)?!


Question: I keep finding recipes for BAKED ranch buffalo wings. But one of my friends told me there's a way to do it by frying the wings first, then adding the ranch seasoning. HELP!!! (thanx!)

You already know how to do it!!! You're right, you deep fry the wings and then add them (while still slizzing hot) to a deep bowl that you've added 3 packets of DRY Ranch Seasoning to (the bagged type, to be mixed in the regular application) and then toss them to coat.......you can then place them on a foil covered baking sheet and recrisp them in the oven (350F) and bake for about 15 minutes to re-crisp the wings.......Serve with your favorite dressing(s) and celery sticks........That easy!!!

Ranch Chicken

you could use wings with this recipe too

Ingredients:
4 Skinless boneless chicken
-breast halves; about 1
-pound
1/4 c Ranch dressing
1/3 c Italian-style dry bread
-crumbs
2 tb Olive oil; or vegetable oil

Instructions:
1. Dip chicken into dressing, then coat with bread crumbs.

2. Heat oil in 12" nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken in
oil 12 to 15 minutes, turning once, until outside is golden brown and juice
is no longer pink when centers of thickest pieces are cut.
