Chocolate Chip Cookies
2 cups margarine (stick margarine only)
1 1/3 cups white sugar
1 1/2 cups packed brown sugar
4 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 eggs
2 cups chocolate chips
Mix flour, soda and salt in a bowl; set aside. Cream together margarine and sugars. Beat eggs into sugar mixture. Add vanilla. Beat until fluffy. Add the dry ingredients. Add chocolate chips. Drop onto ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 350° for 8-10 minutes . Cookies should be brown around the edges and will finish cooking on the sheet when removed from the oven.

EASY OATMEAL CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES
1 cup margarine or butter
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/2 cups flour
1/3 cup water
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 cups oats
1 cup chocolate chips
Cream together butter and sugar in a bowl, then mix in vanilla. Add flour and mix well. Mix together baking soda and water, and then add to the batter. Stir in the oats and chocolate chips. Drop by spoonfuls onto a cookie sheet (no need to grease it), and bake at 350° for 12-15 minutes.


Cream Cheese Chocolate Chip Pastry Cookies
2 sheets (17.25-ounce package) frozen puff pastry, thawed
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
3 tablespoons granulated sugar
1 3/4 cups (11.5-ounce package) NESTLé? TOLL HOUSE? Milk Chocolate Morsels, divided
Directions:
UNFOLD 1 puff pastry sheet on lightly floured surface. Roll out to make 14 x 10-inch rectangle. Combine cream cheese and sugar in small bowl until smooth. Spread half cream cheese mixture over puff pastry, leaving 1-inch border on one long side. Sprinkle with half morsels. Roll up starting at long side covered with cream cheese. Seal end by moistening with water. Repeat steps with remaining ingredients. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
PREHEAT oven to 375° F. Lightly grease baking sheets or line with parchment paper.
CUT rolls crosswise into 1-inch-thick slices. Place cut-side-down on prepared baking sheets.

1 (1.7 oz) package instant vanilla pudding mix
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups (12 oz bag) semisweet chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 375F. In medium size bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. In large bowl, cream together butter and both sugars. Add pudding mix, beat until well blended. Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition until well blended. Add vanilla and mix until well blended. Gradually add flour mix, mixing just until incorporated. Stir in chocolate chips. Drop dough by tablespoonfuls, 2 inches apart, onto baking sheets. Bake for ~10 minutes, or until golden brown. Remove from cookie sheets. Cool on wire racks.

1 1/2 sticks unsalted butter, cut into cubes
1/2 cup dark brown sugar, packed
1/2 cup light brown sugar, packed
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons instant espresso (optional)
2 large eggs
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup good quality chocolate chips or chunks

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

In a large mixing bowl, combine cold butter, dark brown sugar, light brown sugar, granulated sugar and espresso with a hand mixer. Mix at slow speed for 30 seconds and increase speed until the mixture is fluffy, about 6 minutes. Lower the speed and add the eggs 1 at a time. Add vanilla and mix until all ingredients are incorporated. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda and salt. Add the flour mixture to the butter and sugar mixture in batches. Stir with a spatula until well blended. Fold in the chocolate chips or chunks and spoon the dough onto 2 parchment lined cookie sheets at least an inch apart. Bake for 14 to 15 minutes. Rotate the cookie sheet half way through so that the cookies bake evenly. Remove the cookies from the oven and transfer to a wire rack to cool.

Ok...so here are the ingredients:

-4 1/2 cups of flour
-2 teaspoons of baking soda
-2 cups of butter
-1 1/2 cups of brown sugar
-1/2 cups of white sugar
-2 packages of instant vanilla pudding mix
-4 eggs
-2 tsps of vanilla extract
-4 cups of chocolate chip cookies
-2 cups of walnuts (optional)

Here is the recipe:
- Pre-heat ur oven to 350 degrees. Sift the baking soda and the flour together.

- In a big bowl, mix together the butter, brown sugar, and white sugar. Mix in the vanilla pudding until blended. Stir in the eggs and vanilla extract. Blend in the flour mixture. Last, stir in the chocolate chips and the walnuts if u chose to use them. Drop the cookies by rounded spoonfuls onto a ungreased cookie sheet.

- Bake for about 10 - 12 minutes. When they're done the edges of the cookies should be a golden brown.

This cake is to die for and so easy:

Triple Fudge Cake
1 milk chocolate cake mix
1 small box of milk chocolate instant pudding
1 12 oz bag of milk chocolate chip morsels
1 3/4 cup milk
2 eggs
Mix and pour into greased bundt pan. Bake at 350 for 50 min. Cool and take out of pan. No need to ice. Very rich.
