Any good (easy) Super Bowl Sunday recipes?!

Question: CRAB MOLD WITH RITZ CRACKERS

1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 (3 oz) pkgs of cream cheese
1 pkg Knox gelatin
1/4 c cold water
1/2 c green onion - chopped fine
1/2 c celery - chopped fine
1 can crab meat - drained
1 cup mayonnaise
1/4 tsp curry (optl)

Place the condensed soup and cream cheese in a pan and heat and mix on low heat to get hot but not boiling. Dissolve the gelatin in the cold water. Remove the mushroom cheese mixture from the burner and add the gelatin mixture to it. Add the remaining ingredients, mix well, and pour into a mold and chill. DELICIOUS!! Serve with Ritz or Waverly Wafers. When I've served this, people spoon it out like it's a salad instead of a dip.

7-LAYER DIP

1st layer - 1 can jalipeno bean dip
2nd layer - 2 avocadoes mashed with lemon juice
3rd layer - Combine 2 T sour cream, 3 T mayonnaise, an 1/2 pkg Taco mix
4th layer - 2 cups (1 each) shredded cheddar and jack cheese
5th layer - 3 Roma tomatoes - diced
6th layer - 3 green onions chopped fine
7th layer - 1 can chopped ripe olives - drained

Cover with saran and refrigerate 2 hours or overnight. Serve with Tortilla chips.

SPINACH DIP

2 pkgs frozen chopped spinach (10 oz) thawed and drained
1 pkg Knorr-Swiss vegetable soup mix (dry)
1 1/2 c sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise
3-6 chopped green onions
1 can water chestnuts - chopped

Mix together several hours prior to serving (or overnight). Nice to serve in hollowed out French Bread Loaf.

You can serve the above along with a veggie and fruit plate.

You can also serve it with cocktail weiners in your crockpot or in a pot on the stove. Mix together 1/4 c white vinegar and 1 (7 oz) jar of raspberry preserves and bring to a boil. Add your cocktail weiners and heat. Once the weiners are gone, you can add more weiners to the sauce. Tastes like sweet/sour. Serve with toothpicks or a slotted spoon.

This next dip sounds terrible but tastes great. Take 1 can Campbells Cheddar Cheese Soup (Yak!!) and one can of Dennison's Chili without beans (double Yak!!), mix together, add shredded cheddar cheese and about 1/2 container of sour cream. Heat in your crock pot and serve with Tortilla chips. It is very very good that way.

And here's the last one:

TACO PIE

1 large can efried beans
1 1/2 lbs ground beef
1 small can diced green chilies
1 pkg shredded cheddar cheese
2/3 c taco sauce
1 pkg taco seasoning

(I use my pizza pan for this but you can use any large flat casserole dish or quiche pan)

Line pan bottom with refried beans. Cook ground beef, drain, add package of taco seasoning and mix well. Spread over the beans. Spread chilies over the ground beef, Sprinkle cheddar cheese over the chilies. Pour the taco sauce over the cheese. Cook in a 400o oven for 20 minutes. Serve with Tortilla chips. I like to put a dollop of sour cream in the center of this after it is hot.

Enjoy!

Oh this easy cheesy bread

You take a large loaf of french bread and cut into half
Spread this mixture on both sides and bake until golden and bubbly

Grated sharp cheddar cheese
Grated swiss cheese
Mayonnaise
Parika

Or you can also do chili and cheese on to the bread and make it. It is so yummy. You cut them up into slices that they can eat by hand

I got 5 lbs of Hamburger put it in the crockpot all day, then mixed 3 packs taco seasoning let it cook about an hour longer, bought some taco shells, sour cream salsa and lettuce, instant tacos just make it a buffett style fix your own. Hope this helps
