thanx so much for all the help : )
Answers: So I just found this blender in our food pantry. Now I'm in the mood for a smoothie! I've never made a smoothie before. What can I make with using anything from a banana, strawberries, orange juice, cherries, grape cranberry juice, lemonade, milk, sugar, or any stuff like that?

I personally LOVE pineapple, orange, and banana smoothies! You can use fresh pineapples or just the juice..toss a few ice cubes in and you've got yourself one delicious healthy smoothie!
just made one last night!
buy some mixed berries (frozen kind)
put about half the package in there.
add milk ( as much as needed)
sugar ( to your taste)
and blend!
Any and all of that stuff is great. I would add a frozen a component. Bananas are easy and great to freeze. Slice them and lay them on a cookie sheet in single layer. Put them uncovered in the freezer till frozen. Then put in zip lock bag and try to suck as much air out as possible. When you make a smoothie. Start with the frozen item and a 1/2 cup of liquid. That will help it break up easy.......My base liquid is 1/2 cup ff milk and 1/2 cup ff yogurt....
