Wedding cake???!
Answers: I want a profitta roll cake for my wedding any idea of how much they cost to feed 80 people? Has anyone had one as a wedding cake, wgat did you think?
croquembouche (profiterole cakes) are a very traditional wedding cake and can be enormous. they are not great in hot weather because the spun toffee that holds them together can get soft. have a look at the images on the link below to get an idea of how they look and the sizes they can run to. you can have all sorts of fillings: cream, different custards etc
Good pastisseries will make them especially ones that do French style pastries.
I don't know where you are, so I won't guess on the price but I am sure that phoning around will get you some ideas and comparative pricing.
Good luck.

go to a cake shop and ask every thing varys in price
it will be quite difficult getting a profiterole cake to feed 80 people!! you should have profiteroles as a side dessert, not as the actual wedding cake!! some people prefer a traditional wedding cake. thats my opinion though. xx
u should check out the prices at the cake shop.
