I don't want to eat chocolate, biscuits, sweets, icecream cake, lollies, take out food again?!

Question: so don't

Answers: so don't

I think the answer is no and if you think it's true you're fooling yourself.

That is not a question, that is a "statement" with a question mark, but if you don't want to, then DON'T, I don't think anyone is forcing it down your throat.

willpower................. I've heard that if you look as cheating on your diet as a test of character it helps you remain strong. moderation is key.

But why? They're yummy. But if you have sugar level problems then yes, you should control yourself from them. Or, your on a diet!

eat there

All the yummy stuff.
Why don't you want to eat them again? Do you have a weight problem or have you been told to avoid these foods.
As said, moderation is the key, these are what dietitians call occasional foods, or treats.
The bulk of your food should be proteins fruit and veg the others are purely treats.
It is best to home cook your meals and have the occasional take out as these are generally fat and sugar laden.
Why is it so that stuff we love is not that good for you?
I just absolutely love chocolate.
The best thing you can do for your body is drink heaps of water, it flushes, energises etc a really good habit that takes a while to get into but once you do you really notice the difference give it a try and good luck mate.
