if you like Bbq sauce you can spread that on them and bake it what i done many times.
add anice green salad and corn on the cob there your dinner :)

Throw them in the crock pot with some bbq sauce. A few hours later, yummm!

I would season them liberally and bake them with sauerkraut and serve with parsley buttered potatoes... Yum!

Place them in a roasting pan.
Cover with a lot of sliced onions and sourkraut.
Bake at 325 degrees for 3-4 hours.
Serve with some crusty rolls, garlic mashed potatoes, creamed peas and a nice green salad.

Why, eat them, of course!

I got this recipe from a family that owns an Italian restaurant in Arizona. It makes to-die-for barbecued spareribs. I always use the boneless country style pork ribs when making it. It's not your normal BBQ spareribs recipe because it cooks in the sauce the whole time and is fall-off-the-bone (if there was one) good!

BBQ COUNTRY-STYLE PORK SPARE RIBS

About 3 lbs ribs
2 T butter
2 T chopped onions or more to taste
1 T chopped green pepper
1 c catsup
1 tsp salt
1 tsp celery seeds
2 T brown sugar
2 T lemon juice
2 tsp dry mustard
1 c water

Melt the butter and brown the ribs on both sides. Place in a sheetcake pan. Mix all the sauce ingredients together and pour over the meat. Bake in your oven at 325o for 2-2 1/2 hrs, turning the meat after one hour and spooning the sauce over the meat. As it cooks, the sauce will thicken. It is done when the sauce has thickened. The meat will be very very tender.

Enjoy!

Cut them into chunks and marinate them in this for a couple of hours, then grill. Serve with a good teryaki sauce and some rice with some stir fried veggies on the side.

1 cup Soy Sauce
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
2 tsp ground ginger powder or several slices of fresh ginger
dash of a good hot chili sauce
Put the meat chunks into a zippy bag with the marinade and store in the fridge until grilling.

COUNTRY STYLE PORK RIBS AND KRAUT

4 country style pork ribs
2 cans (14.5 oz) sauerkraut
beer (optional)
salt and pepper

Sprinkle ribs with salt and pepper, on all sides.

On preheated grill, or in oven (on broil), sear the ribs on all sides (4 or 5 minutes per side on grill).

Empty 1 can of sauerkraut in to empty crock pot. Place ribs on top of Sauerkraut. Add the remaining Sauerkraut, covering the ribs. Cook on high for 4-6 hours, or on low for 8-10 hours (or as directed in crock pot instructions).

Add beer, if desired (it keeps the sauerkraut from drying out and adds a lot to the taste of the finished dish).
