Yeast Free Pizza Dough
2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
2/3 cup milk
1/4 cup salad oil
2 tablespoons salad oil
--Heat oven to 425°F. Measure ingredients (except 2nd amount of salad oil) into a bowl. Stir vigorously until mixture leaves the side of the bowl. Gather dough together and press into a ball. Knead dough in bowl 10 times to make smooth then divide dough in half. On lightly floured surface roll each half into a 13-inch circle. Place on pizza pan. Turn up edges 1/2 inch and pinch. Brush circles with remaining 2T of salad oil. Add toppings and bake for 20-25 minutes or until it looks done.

Yes it is called a cracker!

1 cup flour
1/3 cup milk
2 tbsp. oil
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt

Combine all ingredients. Gather in a ball. Knead 10 times. Let stand 15 minutes.

Put dough on a greased cookie sheet. Cover with wax paper and roll. Remove paper.

Top with favorite toppings. Try it with no sauce, bacon, broccoli, tomato, seasoned with a little garlic and topped with cheese.

Bake 20-25 minutes at 425 degrees.

YEAST FREE PIZZA DOUGH

Just because you've taken on a yeast free diet doesn't mean that you have to miss out on all of the foods that you normally enjoy. Did you know that you can enjoy pizza sans yeast? Here is a great yeast free recipe for pizza dough that will have you on the right track to making a fabulous pizza pie:

1 1/2 cup each all-purpose flour and whole wheat flour
1/4 cup cornmeal
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoons salt
1 1/2 cup water

Mix the dry ingredients together first. Then, add water and mix together with hands. When it is a good consistency, the dough should easily come off of the sides of the bowl to form a ball. Press the dough evenly onto a nonstick cookie sheet or pizza pan.

Bake the crust for 10-15 minutes in at 400 degrees.

Next add any toppings the toppings you would like and bake for an additional 15 minutes.

No, you could use a tortilla. Pizza dough has yeast in it. If no yeast it is not pizza dough!
