Biscuit-based mini quiches?!

Question: I'm pondering... well. attempting this, anyway.

From-scratch whole wheat biscuit dough, placed in muffin pans, filled with pre-sauteed veggies, pouring scrambled egg with milk over it, lightly sprinkling shredded cheese then popping in the oven for the biscuits' baking time. It's a theory, right now... but would it work? What should I do to tweak it to make it work?

You would have to make sure your biscuit dough was rolled VERY thinly before you put in the muffin pan. You could then use any quiche recipe to fill them up. You may need to bake them a little bit longer to make sure that the biscuit dough cooks thoroughly.

sounds awesome to me. you could also use the biscuit's in the can for this.
