Answers: Cheers
INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
3 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon white sugar
1 1/4 cups milk
1 egg
3 tablespoons butter, melted
DIRECTIONS
In a large bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, salt and sugar. Make a well in the center and pour in the milk, egg and melted butter; mix until smooth.
Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium high heat. Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake. Brown on both sides and serve hot.
Get ready made mixture in a packet from Asda for only £1.

4oz of Plain Flour..2 Eggs...1/2 pt of Cold Milk (Ha Ha B you didn't think I'd know that did you...I didn't I copied it out of a book) I just use a Packet Mix (which may I add I still mess up) !!!
I'd just get a pancake mix where you add water and/or an egg, saves loads of hassle, plus saves you having a bag of flour in the cupboard that you'll probably never use again, actually forget that go for ones that are already made! LOL
eggs, plain flour, milk or buttermilk which create a thick batter.Cinnamon and sugar can be added. For breakfast pancakes you can have them with maple syrup, butter, peanut butter, jelly, jam or fruit. Not sure about the measurements.
