How do I make thai green curry?!

Question: The basics of this is just the green curry paste and then add all you wish to it.

Green Curry Paste:

Put 15 fresh green chillies, 2 chopped lemon grass stalks, 3 sliced shallots, 2 garlic cloves, 15ml/1 tbsp chopped galangal,4 chopped kaffir lime leaves,2.5ml/half a tsp grated kaffir lime rind, 5ml/1 tsp chopped coriander root, 6 black peppercorns,5ml/1 tbsp granulated sugar,5ml/1 tsp salt and 5ml1 tsp shrimp paste into a food processor and process until smooth. Gradually add 30ml/2 tbsp veg. oil, processing after each addition.

Kaffir (Makrut)
Galangal (Kah or Iaos, is a member of the ginger family)Green Curry Past (Krung gaeng keo wan)

Hope this helps? It is most often used for chicken curries.

Well this is my mams recipe,

two mild green chillis, 2 cloves of garlic, ground cumin and coriander seed toasted and mixed with some olive oil as a marinade. Then pop it in the fridge for a barbe, and pop of to M&S for a nice green thai curry.

Try the following...

I use Thai green curry paste (Tesco do a nice one).
Brown off some chicken breast in a pan then add 2 tbsp of curry paste (more if you like it hot) and a can of coconut milk. You can add some veggies of your choice too.Make sure the chicken is cooked right through then simmer for 5-10 mins and serve with jasmine rice
