I have a recipe for Cinnoamon buns that calls for 2 pkg. active dry yeast.?!

Question: I have one package of it as well as one pkg. quick rise yeast that rises 50 percent faster. Can I use both? Do I dissolve them together or seperately?

Yes, you can. If the directions are the same on both packages, you can dissolve them together. I want to say use half of the quick-rise yeast, but I am sure that would ruin the recipe - I mean, you're going to punch the dough down, so you can gauge the bubbly nature of your dough.

You can use them together with no problems.

You can use both. Mix them together and dissolve in warm water with a teaspoon of sugar.
