I'm making home-made baked beans as a side dish but can't think of what meat dish would go well with it.!

Question: I don't want kielbasa or hot dogs. Any idea's?

baked ham

Ham and fresh baked rolls.

I love baked beans with breakfast.

Beef Brisket or Pork Chops.

BBQ pork chops! Or you can even do up a nice piece of beef. So long as it's BBQ.
You know even if they are not it still would be great!

Grilled BBQ chicken (or oven baked) or Burgers!!

Hamburgers, Ribs, Chicken, all BBQ meats go with beans.

lemon pepper grilled chicken (you can get a grilling skillet for the stove).

Baked or barbequed Pork Spare Ribs, Pork Chops, Grilled Chicken, Ham Slice, Smoked Sausage, Beef Barbeque or fried sliced Spam?

you can serve...Bar BQ ribs
Fried Chicken
Oven baked Pork Roast
Fried Pork chops or Bar BQ chops
Grilled hamburgers
and serve potato salad or macaroni salad
Rolls.....and sweet Tea....
and you will have a Southern Picnic going on!

I know most people are saying this but Ham would be good because its salty and the salt tast good with the beans...I think it does anyways. Bakon would tast good with it to if u want a mixture of beakfast and lunch my moms says.

smoked beef or polish sausage, hamburger patties with onion bits in them (home made), meat loaf, pork chops, bbq ribs, pulled pork, beef brisket. if needed go to foodnetwork.com for receipes for the last 2. you can fix them in the oven.

Definitely ribs with cole slaw! All home-made will be a hit! And yes barbecuing is the best, you can still do a decent rib in the oven.

Hamburgers would go great. Other good meats are Ribs, Chicken, or maybe even Turkey. Potato Salad is a nice extra side dish as well. Oh and cornbread. Good luck!

Pork and chicken both go very well with baked beans.

Making me hungry.....Meatloaf is another idea.....
Baked potato....
How do you make your baked beans????

Like above me a nice baked ham,

I perfer a honey glazing to it, you can get fesive with pineapples and cherries,

If something else, top serloin would work, cooked flaky like a brisket, that'd be good, but ham's #1
