Using a SLOW COOKER, how long do I cook a whole, roaster chicken breast, 2.7 lbs, and on high temp or low?!

Question: And can I cook rice with it? Do I add water or broth? I'd also like to add green beans at the end.

about 2-3 hours on low
add stock or broth while cooking, if you don't have any use oxo and water, I would cook the rice seperately,
the green beans also I would cook seperately.
You do not want to cross contaminate with raw chicken.

That makes a difference a slow cooker I advise low use broth why add anything without flavor?? ; Serve over rice

About 4hrs on high add a little water & a stock cube to begin
with put the rice in with 2 hrs to go & the green beans half an
hour before serving add more water with the rice

I cook whole chicken in the crock pot all the time. I usually cook on low for like 9-10 hours. Just cause that's how long I'm at work for. I put it on when I leave in the morning (after having it marinade overnight) then I turn it off when I get home. Its falling off the bone.... its so good.

As for liquid I add a little bit to the bottom (sometimes water) but also the marinade makes some liquid. I just just enough to cover the bottom of the pot (a little less than 1/4 of an inch).

No I would not add rice to it. I would cook rice seperately.

I have cooked a roaster in my slow cooker on high for 8 hours and turned out great. However because the bird was large the vegetables that i put in it didnt cook so well. If there is room in the pot then try adding the rice. Although I havent made rice in the slow cooker so I'm not sure how that works when to put it in and all that. But definately use broth for extra flavor.
