Honey ham goes good with a top of the line mustard,smoked goes good with mayo,tomaters,garlic,lettuce and jalopino peppers,or black pepper.

I don't know what breakfast ham is (could be something American?), in the UK we have bacon for breakfast. I like the honey roast ham as the smoked ham tends to have too much flavour and takes away from the flavour of the bread.
