Plain flour
Vegetable Oil
Sultanas
Baking powder
Bicarbonate of soda
Jam
Milk

12 oz (300g) flour
3 oz (75g) butter
pinch of salt
1 oz(25g) sugar
5 oz (125ml) milk
2 level teaspoon baking powder

OPTIONAL

Add sultanas to taste

METHOD

PRE-HEAT OVEN TO 240c
SIEVE FLOUR, SALT,SUGAR AND BAKING POWDER
RUB IN BUTTER
ADD SULTANAS IF USED.
ADD MILK, KNEAD TO A SOFT DOUGHT
ROLL OUT TO THICKNESS OF APPROX HALF INCH ON LIGHTLY FLOURED ROLLING BOARD
USE A 2 INCH CUTTER AND CUT
PLACE ON LIGHTLY OILED BAKING TRAY AND COOK IN CENTRE OF OVEN FOR 10 MINUTES

go out and buy some eggs...to make a good cookie..you are gonna have to break a few of those.

make some sultana scones!!! yummy easy and quick!!!

You'll have a hard time making any of those without eggs...but you MIGHT be able to make American style biscuits (like scones).

You can make a victoria sponge cake. nice and easy.

1/2 c. butter
1 1/3 c. sugar
1 c. milk
2 level tsp. baking powder
1 c. currants or raisins
1/2 tsp. mixed spices
1/3 tsp. salt

Beat butter and sugar until light and creamy. Add milk, fruit and lastly, the flour, salt and baking powder and spices which have been sifted together, turn into greased pan and bake in slow oven about 1 hour.

Crepes with jam!

Shortbread? Couldn't be simpler and always delicious.

125g/4oz butter
55g/2oz sugar
180g/6oz plain flour

Method
1. Heat the oven to 190C/375F/Gas 5.
2. Beat the butter and the sugar together until pale.
3. Stir in the flour to get a smooth paste. Turn on to a work surface and gently roll out until the paste is 1cm/?in thick.
4. Cut into rounds or fingers and sprinkle with a little extra sugar. Put on a baking sheet and chill for 20 minutes. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes until pale golden. Cool on a wire rack.

If you have rolled oats and/or coconut you could make anzacs.
