how about grilled chicken and veggies just season it well but not with too much salt
Make a simple stir fry. Slice some chicken breasts into bite size pieces and cook them until they're done (you can also buy pre-cooked chicken breast slices). Cut up some fresh broccoli and cook it in a skillet until it's tender. Just add in some water and let it steam. Add in the chicken pieces and a little soy sauce. Serve on top of a bed of brown rice. It's simple, quick, and healthy.
Or you could make something like fish and veggies. Get some filets of fish and cook them however you like. You can buy fish in a box and all you have to do is bake it. It comes in different flavors like lemon pepper so it's very tasty. Serve with peas and some flavored rice.
linguine or spaghetti noodles in Alfredo sauce with chicken and broccoli (everyone loves it)
