Buy a pancake mix where you only add water and an egg and follow the directions...use a non stick pan and some oil and make sure the pan is fairly hot....put in some batter, wait until bubbles appear on the top of the pancake then flip it over to finish cooking.
mix 1/2 pint milk, 1 egg, 4oz plain flour & a pinch of salt instead of using a packet mix!x

then covered them in bananas and golden syrip and rolled them up!
yumm!!
You can use Bisquick - 2 cups Bisquick, 2 eggs, 1 cup milk. I also like to add a mashed banana. Mix until there are no powder lumps. Preheat a nonstick griddle or frying pan. Put a little butter in & use the spatula to spread it around. Drop enough batter to make pancakes about 2 inches across. Wait until bubbles appear on surface AND edges are starting to look dry, then flip. Cook until bottom is golden.
You can either buy pancake mix from a loacal supermarket or buy the Aunt Bessies Pancakes and they are really nice. YUM YUM YUM
pancakes
You will need:
Ingredients:
120g plain flour
2 eggs
210ml milk
1 tablespoon melted butter or sunflower oil
some oil for cooking
Method:
Sift the flour into a large mixing bowl, add the salt and give it a mix before making a well in the middle.
Break two eggs in the well and pour in roughly a quarter of the milk. Gently whisk everything together and slowly add the rest of the milk until it's all used up and the mixture is smooth.
Put a small amount of oil in the bottom of a frying pan – just enough to coat the base – and heat it. Put a small amount of the mixture in the pan – enough to cover the base and allow it to cook for roughly a minute.
Shake the pan to make sure the pancake slides and hasn't stuck and if you're brave, toss the pancake over and allow the other side to cook for around another minute.
Pancakes are best eaten as soon as you've made them. You can top them off with a squeeze of lemon juice and a sprinkling of sugar. Or, maybe cream, chocolate sauce, or even bananas!
If you fancy savoury pancakes you could try filling them with cheese, ham, mushrooms or whatever takes your fancy.
