Sugar cookie dough uses?!

Question: What is your favorite use of sugar cookie dough? Just so I don't get 10 answers like this, I know about fruit pizza! lol... it's so cliche. Also, I know there's a recipe on the package, but I wanted to do something out of the ordinary. Thanks in advance for all your input!

Press them over the backs of little custard cups and make dessert cups with it..Then fill with favorite fillings and top with whipped cream... or maybe ice cream and fudge.

Use it as a pie crust for a chocolate pie!

I have made this before with the packaged sugar cookie mix. I'm betting you can mix in the chips and nuts and recreate this with refrigerated dough too. I made this recipe for a luau party and they were really yummy.

Roll it out spread butter and sprinkle cinnamon and sugar on it. Then roll it up and cut into 1 inch pieces and bake. It's almost like rugula.

bake the cookies and use them as a base for individual servings of baked alaska

You could bake the cookies and then crumble them. Use them mixed with butter and a little more sugar, to make a pie crust for a no-bake pie such as chocololate, no bake cheesecake, etc...
You could also cook and crumble them then mix with a little brown sugar, chopped pecans or walnuts, and use a topping for apple, or peach crisp.

Bake them as cookies. Take one cookie and place it upside down. put on a spoonful of ice cream and kind of smush it down to fill the cookie area, place melted marshmallow over that and place another cookie right side up on top. Then put chocolate syrup and sprinkles on top. Sounds kind of akward I know but it's good!

Eat them raw
