I mean, I could give you a white chicken chili recipe or a Texas bowl of red or a Michigan ground beef and bean chili...but need to know what you have on hand...?
Great Chili!
3-4 tablespoons oil
3/4 lb turkey sausage, casings removed
1 lb lean ground beef
2 large onions, chopped
1 large green bell pepper, seeded and chopped
1-2 jalapeno pepper, seeded and finely chopped
2-3 tablespoons minced fresh garlic
3-4 tablespoons chili powder (or to taste)
1-2 tablespoon cumin
3 teaspoons dried oregano
1/4 cup tomato paste
2 bay leaves
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 cup dry red wine (can use a little more)
2 (28 ounce) cans whole tomatoes with juice (coarsley chopped)
1 (7 ounce) bottle mild taco sauce or spicy taco sauce
2 (15 ounce) cans kidney beans, drained
salt and black pepper
hot sauce or Tabasco sauce
grated cheddar cheese
Heat oil in a large Dutch oven over medium heat; add in the turkey sausage, ground beef, onions, green bell pepper, jalapeno pepper, garlic and chili powder, cumin and oregano; cook until the sausage and beef are well browned (about 7-8 minutes) stirring with a spoon to break up the meat.
Add in tomato paste; stir for 1 minute.
Add in bay leaves, brown sugar, red wine chopped tomatoes with juice, taco sauce and kidney beans; bring to a boil, cover and simmer for 1 hour.
Uncover and simmer over medium-low heat for another 45 minutes (uncovered) stirring occasionally.
Season with salt, pepper and Tabasco.
Ladle into bowls and top with sour cream and shredded cheddar cheese.

2 (15 oz.) chili beans or kidney
2 (16 oz.) cans tomatoes, cut up
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
2 cloves garlic, minced
1-2 tbsp. chili powder

9 lbs. hamburger
8 med. onions, chopped
8 med. peppers, chopped
3 celery stalks, chopped
3 cloves garlic, chopped
4 tbsp. oil to brown hamburger
6 (15 oz.) cans kidney beans
2-4 c. red wine
12 tbsp. chili powder
8 tsp. red pepper flakes
8 tsp. oregano
4 tsp. beef bouillon
3 pkgs. chili seasoning mix
4 tsp. red pepper, ground
4 tbsp. brown sugar
4 tbsp. vinegar
4 tsp. garlic (salt or powder)
6-8 dashes of hot sauce
12 tbsp. ground cumin (IMPORTANT)
4 tbsp. paprika
2 tbsp. minced onion
3 tbsp. basil leaves
3 tbsp. Italian seasoning

18 cups of: Mixture of crushed tomatoes, peeled tomatoes (pull them apart in small pieces) homemade puree and at least 2 cups of thick puree.
Brown hamburger with 4 tablespoons oil, get rid of excess oil. Saute onions, clove garlic, peppers and celery; add to hamburger. Mix all tomatoes, puree, etc. together and add to pot on medium heat. Add all your beans to pot. Now add all your other ingredients to the pot. As we all know, we should be mixing and stirring (since sauteing the onions) with a large wooden spoon.
Now the red wine should be added. NOTE: If you wish to have a less thick chili, you can add beef broth to the mixture. Bring the whole wonderful mess to almost a boil and then place on low heat for about 1 1/2 hours. Makes 14 to 17 quarts.
1 lb. ground beef (not lean)
2 cans tomato sauce
1 or two chopped tomatoes
1 sm. onion chopped
1 sm. green pepper chopped
2 cans of red kidney beans (do not drain)

1 TBS garlic powder

Brown the meat after seasoning it with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Set meat aside leaving fat in pan. Saute onions and pepper(s) in meat fat adding again salt, pepper and garlic powder. Drain off half the fat. In large pot combine all ingredients (including the 1/2 fat saved). Simmer for a couple of hours and there ya go.... CHILI!
Quick And Easy Chili Recipe
Ingredients
1 LB. ground beef
2/3 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
1/2 cup water
2 (15 or 15.5 oz.) cans dark red kidney beans, drained rinsed
1 can condensed beef broth
1 ( 8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
3 teaspoons chili powder

1. In large sauce pan, combine ground beef, onions and bell pepper. Cook over medium heat for 8 to 10 mins. or until beef is thoroughly cooked, stirring frequently. drain.
2. Stir in all remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, simmer 15 mins. stirring occasionally.

Easy Chili Recipe
Ingredients
250g ground beef
2 big onions (chopped)
3 cloves garlic (ground)
1 teaspoon butter, or olive oil.. whatever u prefere
1 small can tomato sauce (227g)
2 big cans chopped tomatos (400g each)
2 tablespoons Chili Seasoning Powder
Salt, Peppers, Oregano
1 big can Red Kidny Beans with liquid (400g)
Directions
Place ground beef, onion, garlic and butter in large pan over medium heat and stir until beef is brown and drain.
Add chili seasoning, salt, peppers, oregano and tomato sauce
Add the chopped tomato, stir
Heat to boiling, for 5 minutes, add water (2 glasses) then reduce the heat to low for 1 hour, stir occasionally.
For decoration, add a bit of sour cream on top of each bowl, with chopped green stuff :)

You didn't say for how many.
But 1-2 #'s of ground beef, cooked in a skillet and drained.
Put everything in a crockpot now:
1 large onion - chopped
1 green pepper - chopped
1 15 oz can of tomatoes (diced)
1 15 oz can of tomatoe sauce
1 15 oz can of black beans
1 15 oz can of dark red kidney beans
Season with Cayanne Pepper & Chilli Pepper to taste
(I usually use a 1/2 tsp of each) depends on how hot you like.
It will be done in about 2 hours. Enjoy with some cheese and sour cream on top of each bowl for garnish !!! Ummm
Chili
3 tbls veg/corn oil
1 lrg onion
1 greenbell pepper, diced
2 cloves garlic, chopped
23 hamburger
2 cups beef broth or 2 boullion cubes dissoved in 2 cups water
1 35oz. can of crushed tomatos
3 tbls tomato paste
1 tsp oregano
1tsp salt
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper (can be omitted)
1 16 oz. can red kidnye beans - drained
Put large frying pan on med/high heat and let it get hot, about 45 sec..
Add 1 tbls of the oil, add onion, & peppers - saute' for 2 mins.. Put mixture into large soup pot.
Increase heat under frying pan to high and let the pon get very hot, about 90 sec. Add 1 tbsp oil and 1 # of hamburger. Brown the meat for about 6 min. and transfer to colander to drain fat. While doing so cook up remaining meat.
Add browned beef along w/beef broth,crushed tomatos,paste, and all the spices to the soup pot. Bring the mixture to a boil over med-high heat, then reduce the heat to Low and simmer 45 mins., stirring occasionally.

1 can (19oz) stewed tomatoes
1 can (19 oz) kidney beans
1 can (10 oz ) chicken broth
1 onion chopped
2 celery stocks chopped
2 carrots chopped
2tsp chili powder
1 cup mi cheddar cheese shredded.
Bring all ingredents except cheese o a boil in a pot. Reduce heat to low , simmer 25 mins. Stir in 1/3 of teh cheese... Serve with remaining cheese on top
Fast and Easy chili

1 envelope onion soup mix
1 can kidney beans
1 and 1/2 cups water
1 can tomatoe sauce
4sps chili powder
Cook ground beef in a medium pot. Stir in remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low simmer , covered. Stir occasionally..for 10mins. Top with cheese serve.
