What is the best way to serve eclairs?!

Question: Do you serve them frozen? ( I know some people like frozen treats) Or do you serve them room temperature with the cream inside nice and creamy?

Eclairs are SO GOOD, I would eat them however they were served. But I would prefer them slightly cool, but not frozen. GOOD CHOICE of dessert. How do I get invited to your place for dessert?

You put them out frozen and let them thaw somewhat. Then serve. It's kind of a happy medium. Like cream puffs.

room temp lets the filling get soft and creamy.

I like them either with the whipped cream and sprinkled with icing sugar, when young my mother would put vanilla ice cream and pour chocolate or butterscotch sauce over them. serve them at room temp and put the ice cream in at the last moment, you can pre-fill them and then let them sit out before adding your sauce or garnishes, even a strawberry sauce from frozen one is nice.

Even make them small and serve then as appetizers with savoury fillings or meats like tuna, ham or chicken, mix so cheddar and parmesan into the before baking for cheese puff and then serve them as pre-dinner nibbles.

frozen and on a plate
