Chicken casserole recipe calls for Boneless chicken but all I have is with chicken with bones?!
Answers: Will it be ok if I make the casserole with the chicken with bones? Will the bones make a difference
Actually the chicken with bones will have a better flavor than boneless chicken, which tends to dry out. Of course the bone-in-chicken will take longer to cook.
Bake or boil the chicken, let it coll & then remove the bones.
Cut it off the bones and into bite sized pieces.
Just boil the chicken until its cooked and then let it cool and peel it from the bone and just continue with the normal recipe.
You don't want bones in a casserole. Separate the meat from the bones, either raw or by cooking and then removing.
go to whole foods
you must extend the cooking time to 1 hour.
