Can you cook a center cut pork roast in a crock pot for pulled pork sandwiches?!

Question: I do it all the time. I use a 3 lb. (approximately) boneless pork loin roast, a can of chicken broth, an onion (cut into large chunks) and some salt and pepper. Low heat for 8 - 10 hours and it falls apart.

Remove it from the cooking broth and dump the broth/onions. Shred the pork (it'll be so tender you won't have to work very hard, lol) and place it back in the crock pot. Add your favorite bottled bbq sauce (or make your own) and cook uncovered on high for about 10 - 15 minutes.

yes and its delicious!!!!!!!!

unless you slow cook it on a smoker, the crock is the best way.

yes i love those sandwiches when my mom makes them for me
mhhhmmm good : ]

Yeah but it's mighty dry, but I'm not a crock pot fan. I'd use a Boston.butt--it's cheaper than loin and makes a far superior pulled pork.

God says poeple shouldn't eat pork!

Yes it is the best way to do it. Add a little beef broth to cook it in.

Absolutely you can. Just cut it so that it fits in and then let the tastiness occur.
