A cookie recipe from the back of a bag of holiday white morsels by nestle toll house.?!
Answers: I made this at christmas but can't find the recipe it had the holiday white chips in it, i think walnuts or some kind of nuts, then i think the rest was pretty much butter flour sugar it was pretty basic but i don't can't remember it exactly so if you have the recipe please help i really would like to make them again. Oh they come out looking like little balls when they are done baking i rememeber they suggested you dust them with powdered sugar so they kind of look like snowballs so help please!
I made though's for Christmas and they were a big hit!
Swirled Holiday Snowball Cookies
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups (3 sticks) butter, softened
3/4 cup powdered sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 2/3 cups (10-oz. pkg.) NESTLé TOLL HOUSE SWIRLED Holiday Morsels
1/2 cup finely chopped nuts
Powdered sugar
Directions:
PREHEAT oven to 375° F.
BEAT butter, 3/4 cup sugar, vanilla extract and salt in large mixer bowl until creamy. Gradually beat in flour. Stir in morsels and nuts. Shape level tablespoons of dough into 1 1/4-inch balls. Place on ungreased baking sheets.
BAKE for 10 to 12 minutes or until cookies are set and lightly browned. Remove from oven. Sift powdered sugar over hot cookies on baking sheets. Cool on baking sheets for 10 minutes; remove to wire racks to cool completely. Sprinkle with additional powdered sugar, if desired. Store in airtight containers.
