What do you use to season your steaks?!
Answers: Film the steak with oil, dust with garlic powder & lots of black pepper, massage it on there & let it set for a bit. And very little salt just before they go in!
usually some Montreal seasoning (i think McCormick makes it) it's really good and gives a nice tang!
Montreal Seasoning. Sometimes I just like A-1 sauce on the side for dipping.
mostly pepper and salt, but i have a recipe that uses sugar i use occasionally that is to die for!
i use steak seasonin and (this may sound a lil crazy) cinnamon and my steaks come out great
I Marinate mine overnight in italian dressing...then the regular meat seaoning during grilling.
yummm i want some steak!!
roasted garlic butter
I pat some butter on top of it and then sprinkle with garlic and onion powder, then a little salt and pepper. Good!
Seasoning is so relative to taste. I enjoy a light brush of A-1 steak sauce then a dusting of fresh ground black pepper and garlic powder. I also enjoy marinating in a variety of flavors and the meat rubs have become a fast favorite. Enjoy!!!!
KC Masterpiece makes the best steak seasoning...just rub in and broil.....yummy!
If the steak is tough I usually marinate it in pineapple juice and soya sauce for a few hours turning occasionally, then dust a dry pan with salt, put lots of pepper on the steak and cook away.
Great with mushrooms and onions.
keepin it classic with salt and pepper. steak flavor comes through
The best seasoning i have ever had is called Wee Willy's. I got it in Minnesota, but you can get it on line at www.weewilllys.com. Defiantly worth the wait to get it shipped.
All those answers are dumb....
a good steak cooked right only needs salt and pepper with no stupid steak sauce.....the meat shouldn't need much help if it's good beef.
elbow17 is my hero
i use peanut butter with melted vanilla ice-cream. really good dude.......a real gut sensation after that but worth the taste of it........=]
